Grass
Grass blocks are found all over the world of Minecraft. Grass blocks will convert neighbouring dirt blocks to grass if there is enough light. Grass blocks will turn to dirt if another block is placed on top of them.
Grass blocks turn to dirt when you mine them, unless you use a tool enchanted with Silk Touch . Using Silk Touch you can collect grass blocks from the surface and plant them underground or in the Nether.
Tall Grass and Ferns
Tall grass can be found in many biomes. In certain biomes you will get ferns instead of grass.
You can use shears to collect tall grass and ferns to plant elsewhere, otherwise breaking tall grass blocks will destroy them
When breaking grass, you may recover seeds that can be planted to grow wheat.
Vines
Vines grow in Jungle and Swamp biomes. You can climb them like a ladder.
It's possible to harvest vines using Shears and place them on a vertical surface where they will grow into a natural ladder.Cactus

Lily Pads
Lily Pads are found growing on water in Swampland biomes. They can be collected and placed on any still water, where they will allow yu to walk on them, and will stop items falling into the water. This makes them very useful in farms!
Sugar Cane

Cocoa Pods

Dead bushes can be found mostly in dry areas. They are purely decorative, and can be harvested using Shears.
Mushrooms
